By limiting Benchmark’s scope in this way, our project managers and site supervisors stay personally involved in each and every phase of construction, and are able to ensure that Benchmark's projects are built with the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship.
 
Running a successful project requires our constant care and attention to every detail, on a daily basis. One of our strength’s as a company is our fundamental understanding of the construction process, enabling us to properly schedule and sequence all of the different phases of construction to optimize speed and achieve efficiencies. “Our job is to stay on the ball and it’s mostly about organization, proper sequencing and scheduling, constant onsite presence, and working with subcontractors and vendors who we know, and like, and who perform well for us.”

Each of our projects starts with a carefully prepared schedule and financial plan - each line item of construction is broken down and accounted for.  Over the years we’ve built strong company financial systems for seamlessly accounting for our client’s funds.
